The CSR projects undertaken by Hi-Tech Carbon (HTC) Patalganga unit are:

Women empowerment
With the help of existing Mahila Mandal/Self Help Groups (SHGs), Hi-Tech Carbon organised Haldi Kum-Kum programme at village Talavali, with participation from 155 women and 23 girls. The objective of the programme was to develop a rapport with village women. Women from various SHGs and also those from non-SHGs took active part in the programme. Girls below age of 18 showed keen interest by drawing Rangoli in front of the meeting hall as a welcome sign for the guests. The programme was well appreciated as the women also got an opportunity to interact with each other.

Health
Pulse polio Immunisation programme was conducted on 27th February 2011. HTC extended its support to Government, PHC Lohop and provided a van, which covered 12 villages under 16 booths with 423 children benefitting from this programme.

A special Health Camp for Women was organised in association with the Government Primary Health Centre Lohop at Talavali Village. Dr. Manisha Raut, Gynaecologist from Kalpataru Hospital, Chambarli; Dr. Bharati Gavit from Hiranadani Hospital, Vashi and Dr. R. B. Rathod, Medical Officer from PHC and their medical staff provided their services during the camp.

The health camp was the first-of-its-kind to be organised in the village witnessing participation from about 87 women.

Education
To encourage and motivate students towards education, on Republic day (26th January 2011), HTC awarded five school students from standards 3rd to 5th from Talavali and Lohop Z P School under merit scholarship programme. Mr. M. B. Gupta handed over the certificates and cash award to the students.
