Alexandria Carbon Black
The company caters to the packaging
needs of its customers and supplies Carbon Black in different
packing sizes and ways — 25kg paper and plastic bags,
500kg polythene bags, 1000kg polythene bags and in inner-lined
containers.
The company has an IT-enabled outbound logistic system
and 95 per cent of the production is exported to over
30 countries and 130 customers. The outbound supply chain
system is a multi-transport system. Containers are dispatched
to the port in Egypt from where they are shipped to the
transit ports or directly to the destination ports. The
containers are then delivered to the customer's plant.
The whole process is monitored to ensure that the company
adheres to the delivery schedules. The complexity of the
process is exacerbated on account of the number of stages.
Hi Tech Carbon
At Hi Tech Carbon, the pellets are
packed in 25kg packs in multiwall kraft paper bags, with
different colour coding for easy identification. Poly-bulk
bags of 900 and 1000kg are also made for client needs.
The export products are packed in shrink-wrap or stretch
wrap pallet packaging as well as bulk packaging for containers.
Liaoning Birla Carbon
In order to satisfy the customers,
Liaoning Birla Carbon has different kinds of packaging,
such as 20 / 25 kg in multiwall kraft paper bags, with
different colour coding for easy identification, and
500kg and 1000kg poly-bulk bags for special requirements.
Thai Carbon Black
In order to satisfy our customers,
Thai Carbon Black has different kinds of packaging solutions.
The product is available in 25-kg multiwall kraft paper
bags, 500-kg jumbo bags (laminated polypropylene), 1000-kg
jumbo bags (laminated polypropylene) and 12-mt bulk
liner bag (for 20' container liner).
