Si un cliente dice que quiere un matiz m\u00e1s azulado, la pregunta inmediata es m\u00e1s azulado en comparaci\u00f3n con qu\u00e9. Tener una escala sensata de profundidad y matiz en los revestimientos automotores facilita las conversaciones con los clientes y los proveedores.<\/p>\n<p>En una publicaci\u00f3n anterior del post, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.birlacarbon.com\/instrumental-measurement-of-deep-black-coatings\/\">Instrumental Measurement of Deep Blacks (Medici\u00f3n instrumental de negros profundos)<\/a>, hablamos sobre c\u00f3mo el resultado real de un instrumento de color al medir los negros era la curva de reflectancia. Los revestimientos negros son, por supuesto, negros porque reflejan una cantidad m\u00ednima de luz. El tono profundo independiente (My) es una funci\u00f3n algor\u00edtmica basada en la porci\u00f3n Y del valor triest\u00edmulo. Con una reflectancia del 1 %, el My es 200, con una reflectancia del 0,1 %, se convierte en 300 y con una reflectancia del 0,01 %, el My es 400. Esto no solo proporciona una escala ampliada en la regi\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s, sino que tiene la ventaja a\u00f1adida de que un n\u00famero mayor es \u00abm\u00e1s profundo\u00bb. Esto tiende a encajar con las nociones preconcebidas que se tienen de escalas num\u00e9ricas.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo valor de profundidad (Mc) depende del tono, por lo que un negro m\u00e1s azulado da un valor mayor de Mc que de My. La diferencia entre estas dos escalas es el valor de tono (dM), que proporciona informaci\u00f3n muy \u00fatil sobre el matiz del revestimiento. Birla Carbon adopt\u00f3 estas escalas de color para revestimientos negros hace varios a\u00f1os y le resultan m\u00e1s \u00fatiles que las escalas Hunter Lab o CIEL*a*b*.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se comparan estas escalas a los revestimientos automotores reales en el uso pr\u00e1ctico? Los siguientes rangos se aplican a los acabados automotores. Las aplicaciones bajo el cap\u00f3 o en los bajos tienden a tener unos requisitos de color menores.
