Os pl\u00e1sticos s\u00e3o normalmente isolantes el\u00e9tricos. \u00c9 comum usar um aditivo condutor para ajustar a condutividade dos pl\u00e1sticos a uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o particular. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com nanotubos de carbono, fibra de carbono, grafeno e flocos ou fios de metal, o negro de fumo \u00e9 o aditivo mais econ\u00f4mico para fazer compostos condutores. Isso se deve \u00e0 tecnologia de processo altamente projetada do negro de fumo e \u00e0 f\u00e1cil dispersabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Este blog fala sobre as principais propriedades do negro de fumo e como elas est\u00e3o relacionadas ao desempenho da condutividade, especialmente no que se refere a aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fios e cabos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Condutividade do negro de fumo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de pl\u00e1stico condutivo, o negro de fumo \u00e9 usado principalmente para aumentar a condutividade de materiais pl\u00e1sticos ou para dissipar eletricidade para proteger contra descargas el\u00e9tricas est\u00e1ticas. A condutividade desses pl\u00e1sticos \u00e9 determinada pelo tipo e carga do negro de fumo, bem como pelos processos de composi\u00e7\u00e3o e fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as acabadas. O tipo de resina pl\u00e1stica e aditivos tamb\u00e9m influenciam a condutividade, mas para esta discuss\u00e3o vamos nos concentrar especificamente no negro de fumo. O negro de fumo consiste em nanopart\u00edculas prim\u00e1rias fundidas para formar agregados que s\u00e3o estruturas em cadeia tridimensionais. As propriedades medidas do negro de fumo, como \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie, estrutura, porosidade e atividade de superf\u00edcie, todas desempenham um papel no desempenho condutor do material pl\u00e1stico, conforme resumido na Tabela 1. Os negros condutores tendem a ter uma \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie mais alta, estrutura mais alta, porosidade mais alta, mas atividade de superf\u00edcie mais baixa, ou seja, maior limpeza qu\u00edmica. Al\u00e9m disso, a carga e a dispersabilidade do negro de fumo tamb\u00e9m afetam a condutividade (Tabela 2).<\/p>\n<p><em>Tabela 1. Requisitos de negros de carbono em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fios e cabos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O negro de fumo \u00e9 um componente essencial usado nas blindagens do condutor e do isolamento para fornecer o desempenho de condutividade desejado. Para escolher um negro de fumo, podemos observar a carga desejada de negro de fumo. A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 ent\u00e3o se usar um negro de fumo com maior condutividade em cargas mais baixas ou um negro de fumo com condutividade mais baixa em cargas mais altas. No entanto, a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do negro de fumo n\u00e3o depende apenas da especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de condutividade necess\u00e1ria, mas tamb\u00e9m de outros requisitos, incluindo dispersibilidade, reologia, desempenho mec\u00e2nico e suavidade da superf\u00edcie.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme mencionado anteriormente, a condutividade dos compostos de negro de fumo \u00e9 determinada n\u00e3o apenas pelo tipo e carga do negro de fumo, mas tamb\u00e9m pelas condi\u00e7\u00f5es do processo, incluindo a composi\u00e7\u00e3o e a extrus\u00e3o final do cabo. Dispersibilidade<\/h3>\n<p>Os negros de carbono mostram n\u00edveis mais altos de dispersibilidade com \u00e1rea de superf\u00edcie decrescente, porosidade mais baixa e estrutura mais alta.
