A nanocelulose em suas v\u00e1rias formas em nanoescala constitui os blocos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o fundamentais da biomassa e pode ser derivada de fontes como aparas de madeira, res\u00edduos agr\u00edcolas e florestais e planta\u00e7\u00f5es para fins espec\u00edficos. Por ser derivada de biomassa sustent\u00e1vel, a nanocelulose tem credenciais excepcionais como material ecol\u00f3gico. Este masterbatch com patente pendente \u00e9 denominado Dispers\u00e3o de Composto de Nanocelulose (NDCTM) e oferece um n\u00edvel excepcional de dispers\u00e3o de nanocelulose para f\u00e1cil manuseio e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o em uma ampla gama de compostos de pneus e produtos de borracha. Dependendo da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, o uso da nanocelulose como co-refor\u00e7o com materiais incumbentes, como o negro de fumo, oferece benef\u00edcios na histerese composta e no m\u00f3dulo din\u00e2mico. Esses benef\u00edcios podem ser aproveitados para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es din\u00e2micas de borracha - por exemplo, para melhorar a resist\u00eancia ao rolamento de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de pneus ou correias transportadoras, ou para melhorar o desempenho de isolamento em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es antivibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A nanocelulose usada no NDCTM \u00e9 produzida por meio do processo AVAP\u00ae de baixo custo, escalon\u00e1vel e patenteado da GranBio e tem a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o da Ag\u00eancia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental dos Estados Unidos com base em extensos testes de sa\u00fade, seguran\u00e7a e ambientais.
