On October 23, 2019, a volunteer program was organized in which CAMP – a partner in the insertion of young apprentices in the labor market at Cubatão city – received a lecture on – ‘How to prepare for the first job interview’. In this session, volunteers from Birla Carbon Cubatão gave lectures on various career prospects and what to expect from job interviews. Birla Carbon Cubatão’s volunteer, Marcela Santos, HR Supervisor, presented a session on behavioral techniques in recruitment processes and the necessary curriculum for ensuring success in the same.

New volunteers from Birla Carbon Cubatão, Robson Alvarenga from Logistics and Luciana Ferreira, Human Resources Analyst, were also part of the volunteer program.

Held during the same week another program was organized by Birla Carbon Cubatão where volunteers spoke about the challenges of social networking (in the world of cyber bullying) and in the job market.

Another set of students from CAMP had the opportunity to participate in the lecture conducted by Birla Carbon Cubatão, Marcus Vinicius dos Santos, from Process Engineering where he addressed aspects related to his own career path at Birla Carbon and raised awareness among the young audience about their actions and behaviours in the professional sphere for the future.
