At Birla Carbon, Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) are an important part of doing business. From the point where feedstock begins its journey to our plants until the time the finished carbon black product is delivered to the customer, we follow stringent regulatory and internal safety environmental standards to ensure material is handled in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
This responsibility extends to our customers and end-users of products containing carbon black. Certifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are essential for providing current and relevant health, safety and environmental information to allow our customers to make decisions for the well-being of their employees, as well as their customers.
Product Stewardship is another important aspect of Birla Carbon’s overall effort to meet applicable regulatory and other requirements in countries where our products are manufactured or sold. We have the responsibility to maintain information on all our products that is current, compliant, and readily available to our customers and other interested stakeholders to ensure that our products can be transported, stored, used and disposed of in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Certificates and policy documents are available for download on Birla Carbon’s Sustainability website.
Download the appropriate SDS documents applicable for your country/region, and partner with us in this safe and sustainable journey. If you have additional questions, please contact Birla Carbon at BC.HSE@adityabirla.com.
