Chief Human Resource Officer

Timothy Fedrigon is Chief Human Resource Officer, Birla Carbon, and is based at the head office in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He is responsible for steering the global human resources strategy and driving implementation of the human resources initiatives for Birla Carbon globally.

Mr. Fedrigon joined the carbon black business in 2007, and has over 35 years of human resources experience. His background includes significant leadership experience in Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development, Labor Relations, Training and Development, and Talent Management. Prior to joining Birla Carbon, Mr. Fedrigon was Vice President, Human Resources, at FKI Logistics for their North American operations. He was also associated with Cabot Corporation’s human resources team for 13 years.

Mr. Fedrigon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University, USA.
